    It is a green leaf from the wild, which is edible. This leaf is majorly used for making wines and salads. In fact, it can be eaten raw, fried, or breaded. Its major benefit is it helps weight loss, fights inflammation, reduces cholesterol, and lowers blood pressure.

    They are the small strips of dough that are steamed or boiled. This sough can be of rice or flour. You can fill them with anything you like, such as vegetables, cottage cheese, chicken, etc. They are made in various countries in different styles, but they are basically Chinese food, and people relish eating dumplings in Chinese made style.

    It is a comparatively big fruit that has a strong smell similar to a coconut. It has such a flavour that you would either love it or hate it. You do not find this fruit in every market, but it is used in making many international dishes.

  8. Dill

    It is a herb that is used as a seasoning. It comes from similar family-like celery and parsley. You can find it easily in the market, and you can use it to make chicken or make sauces. It is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and a good source of fiber.

  9. Dragon Fruit

    It is a popular fruit that people love eating because of its incredible taste and various health benefits. This is a native fruit of Southern Mexico and Central America but is very famous in Honolulu. Dragon fruit helps in strengthening your immune system, lowering blood sugar level, and rich in antioxidants.

  10. Drumstick

    They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. They have a lot of health benefits such as helps to purify the blood, regulate the blood sugar level, boosts immunity and helps in developing stronger bones.
