About D&D
The name of its producers is David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. They are the ones who are said to be D&D. Some people believe that D&D was the reference to Dungeon and Dragons. Later, when the last season got so much criticism, some people said that instead of their names referring to D&D, they should be called dumb and dumber. (See What Exactly does Dracarys Mean in Game of Thrones?)
