I purchased 4 kenda kenrtica kr17 tires through walmart less than 2 years old and less than 4,000 miles I had my nys state inspection was told that 1 was weather check and should be replaced. l did get the life time balance and road hazard coverage going to walmart was told had to go to the manufactor. what can be done thanks
