A standard continental breakfast will provide limited offerings but the items will be well-organized and fresh. It will include items like combinations of fruits and bread, along with beverages, spreads, and sweeteners. While a good breakfast basically looks like a buffet, it looks like an open breakfast in a restaurant or hotel. It includes items that are a bit richer in calories as compared to the items involved in the standard breakfast.
