- Onset insomnia: It refers to the difficulty in initiating sleep.

8. What is Sleep Apnea?
It is a medical condition when the patient finds it difficult to breathe while sleeping. It is a potentially serious sleep disorder. Sleep apnea is of two types, obstructive and central.
- Obstructive sleep apnea: It is a common type of sleep apnea. It usually occurs when the soft tissue in the back of the throat collapses during sleep. Its symptoms are snoring, fatigue, etc.
