  1. Romeo went to say goodbye

    This is a very emotional scene where Romeo went to Juliet to bid farewell.

  2. Lady Capulet arrived

    Lady Capulet goes to Juliet’s room, but fortunately, by that time, Romeo had already left before he was seen.

  3. Lady Capulet called Romeo a Villain

    Lady Capulet thinks of Romeo has a villain because he killed Tybalt.

  4. Lady Capulet plans to kill Romeo

    Lady Capulet tells Juliet of her plan to kill Romeo. She reveals that she is making a plan to send a man to poison Romeo in Mantua.

  5. Juliet suggested to mix the poison

    Juliet does not show her and concern for Romeo; instead, she acts in such a way that she hates Romeo. In fact, she suggested Lady Capulet to mix the poison herself. (See Summary of Romeo and Juliet – Act 1 Scene 5)

  6. Lady Capulet tells Juliet about Paris

    Lady Capulet tells Juliet about the arrangement that her father made with Paris, but Juliet refused.

  7. Capulet insisted Juliet marries Paris

    Juliet got really shocked when she got to know that his father has fixed his marriage with Paris. Lady Capulet insisted on marrying Paris and said that if she refuses, her father will drag her to church on Thursday.

  8. The nurse suggested to Juliet to marry Paris

  9. Juliet went to the Frair
